Ondo State Judiciary is responsible for the administration of justice in civil, criminal, and matrimonial matters as mandated by the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Also, it has the sole authority and responsibility for the interpretation and application of State’s laws. Ondo State Judiciary consist of the High Court of Justice, Customary Court of Appeal, Multidoor Courthouse, the Magistrate Courts, and Rent Tribunals. Ondo State Judiciary is headed by the Chief Judge who directs and supervises the sittings of the courts and tribunals in the State and the assignment of judicial duties.
Ondo State Judiciary remains steadfast in its goal of improving the administration of justice through technology and improve court’s services to the people of Ondo State.
