Ile-Ejo Alabode Ko-te-mi-lorun

Hon. Justice Eunice Aderonke Alade is the President of the Customary Court of Appeal, Akure, Ondo State.
His Lordship was one of the pioneer judges of the Customary Court of Appeal, Akure, Ondo State. His Lordship was also the pioneer chief registrar of the same court.
She graduated from the University of Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, Nigeria where she bagged her LLB Degree (Hons.), B.L and a Masters Degree in Law, LLM.
His Lordship was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986.

Hononorable Justice Adesola-Ikpatt, Christy Titilayo was caleed to the Nigerian Bar in December, 1989. She holds an LL.M Degree from the Universty of Lagos. She obtained certification in handling of Criminal Cases and unrepresented defendants from the National Judicial College, Reno, Nevada, U.S.A in year 2007 and 2013 respectively. After her Call to Bar, She had a brief stint in the Banking Industry as District Legal Officer with Wema Bank Plc, Lagos. She joined active Legal Practice in year 1991 and practiced in the Chambers of Bisi Olateru-Olagbegi & Co., and Kayode Ogunmekan & Co., Lagos, where she acquired considerable skill in Brief Writing and Advocacy
In October 1996, she was appointed a Magistrate in the service of the Lagos State Judicary. She rose to the peak of her career in the Magistracy as a Chief Magistrate Grade 1 and Deputy Chief Registrar. While on the Lower Bench, she served in varied capacities including handling of EFCC Preliminary Applications; Chairman, Lagos State Magistrates' Association; Member, Lagos State Local Government Election Petitions Tribunal; Member, Review Committees for the Lagos State Magistrates' Courts Law and Civil Procedure Rules, and many other Laws
After a very successful and meritorious career on the lower bench, she was appointed a judge of the Ondo State Customary Court of Appeal in February, 2013, a position she holds till date. Her Lordship has attended several local and international conferences. Her Lordship is an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Chartered Arbitrators. A Member of the Commonwealth Magistrates and Judges Association. Member, International Association of Female Judges and Nigeria Association of Female Judges. Also, a Member, National Association of Catholic Lawyers

Hon. Justice Akinfemi Micheal Owoyemi was born on the 2nd day of September, 1968 at Akure, Ondo State
Between 1989 and 1992, he studied law at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos. He was called to the Nigerian Bar on 15th December, 1993. He later bagged his Master of Laws (LL.M) Degree at Obafemi Awolowo University 1999. He was on his M.Phil/Ph.d programme when he was appointed as one of the pioneer Judges of the newly created Ondo State Customary Court of Appeal on 12th February 2013. In Agust 2013, he attened an international conference on Best Practices in Handling Cases with Self-Represented Litigants' at National Judicial College, Reno, Nevada, USA. He is a Fellow, Chartered Institute of Arbitators, Nigeria, he was overall third best in 2016 Diet. He is also a Pastor-In-Charge of RCCG, Haven of Preace Area under Ondo Province 9.
He worked with Babajide Aladejana & Co. before establishing Micheal Owoyemi & Co. in November 1998. He also worked as a lecturer between January 2001 and 5th February 2013 at Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Oko, Ondo State where he was acting head of department of Private Law
He was the Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Akure Branch between April 2012 and 13th February, 2013. Member, Judiciary Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (National) till 13th February 2013, Public Relation Officer, NBA, Akure Branch from 2001 to 2002 and Chairman, Students' Union Elections Panel 2009 of Adekunle Ajasin University
He has published well-researched articles in learned Journals. He also co-edited a book titled "Trends in Nigerian Law". He was at a time the editor of Akungba Law Journal (a publication of Faculty of Law, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko).
He is married to Mrs. Helen Oluwatoyin Owoyemi and they are blessed with beautiful and Godly children.
His hobblies include gardening, reading and engaging in charity work.

Mr. Olajubu Samuel is the Chief Registrar of Customary Court of Appeal, Akure, Ondo State.
He was appointed as a Deputy Chief Registrar in 2010 after serving the Ondo State Judicary as Chief Magistrate and was re-deployed to the Customary Court of Appeal in 2013 as Deputy Chief Registrar (Admin)
The Chief Registrar attended Ogun State University and Lagos State University where he graduated in 1990. He was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1991.
In 1996, he was employed into the State Judicary as a Senior Magistrate.
He is an indigene of Oke-Agbe Akoko - North/West Local Government Area of Ondo State.

Akinsola Akintoye graduated with Bachelor degrees in Philosophy and Laws from the University of Lagos. He attended Nigeria Law School, was called to Nigeria Bar and enrolled as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He practiced as a private Legal Practitioner and later joined Ondo State Judiciary as a Chief Magistrate. Mr Akintoye is now a Deputy Chief Registrar with the Customary Court of Appeal, Ondo State.
