Requirements
1. 1-10 years post Call to Bar with
2. Administrative experience
3. Mediation/Arbitration experience
4. Master’s degree will be an advantage.
Job Description
i. Management and Supervision of cases
ii. Coordinate all referrals made to the Centre
iii. Assignment of cases to Registrars and Case Managers
iv. Ensure compliance with time schedules for Mediation Processes
v. Ensure compliance with provisions of the Mediation Rules/Practice Direction
vi. Coordinate Neutral Selection Committee
vii. Ensure compliance with NCMG Mediation Code of Ethics
viii. Prepare monthly reports of concluded matters
ix. Docket update and preparation supervision
x. Liaise with CJ, Referral Judges and Chief Registrar
xi. Participate at In-House Mediation Proceedings
xii. Address complaints and petitions against Mediators which may arise
xiii. Evaluate the activities of the Centre and make recommendations as to improvements
